Applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software and computer systems. Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements, evaluate alternative approaches and ensure software and systems are designed to facilitate ease of use and seamless integration into the target environments. Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts, tools and practices to facilitate system functionality, security and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands on experience on Java/J2EE, Spring, Microservices, Cloud Native & Agnostic Setting
Fulltime Bachelor and/or Master degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% grade
Highly skilled on building payment applications,
online transaction processing and transaction switching
Experience in delivering scalable and high performance APIs, services and applications
FinTech/BFSI domain - Payment acquiring and issuing for ATM/POS/EFT/e-commerce channels
Instant / Digital / cross-border payments
Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire product development cycle: from requirements, effort estimation, design, implementation, test and to deployment and production support
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Preferred Qualifications
Very valuable understanding on ISO8583 messages and network schemes specs
Exposure around Settlement, Clearing and Reconciliation in Payment ecosystem
Understand very well card products like Credit/Debit/Prapaid, EMV and card management
POS - Merchant onboarding & management
ISO20022, PSD2, UPI would be extra benefits
