Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Manage the complete LAP loan lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement.
Robust network with 25+ DSA/channel partners.
Good knowledge of LAP products, income assessment, and lending programs.
Basic understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
Conduct regular field visits to strengthen DSA relationships.
Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets while ensuring process compliance.
Build and maintain solid channel partner relationships.
Proven track record of solid sales performance and business achievements.
