Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner to join our growing Service Operations team. The role will own and drive the delivery, enhancement, and operational support of a critical Quote to Cash (Q2C) platform within a large-scale enterprise/manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Q2C, ERP/CRM systems, Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, backlog management, and stakeholder management, along with a positive understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, SQL, and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Own requirements intake, prioritisation, and backlog management for the Q2C platform.
Manage sprint planning, release planning, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
Drive BAU support, incident resolution, and proactive problem management.
Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations, IT, architecture, development, and vendor teams.




Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into transparent technical solutions.
Conduct technical and design review sessions with architecture, development, and vendor teams.
Drive technical uplift, modernization, performance, security, and integration initiatives.
Support integrations with enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and Manufacturing Systems.
Define and monitor KPIs covering system performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and effective integration.
Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Senior BA, or IT Product Manager.
Robust experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) or large-scale transactional systems.
Experience with ERP, CRM, Web Applications, or enterprise platforms.
