About Branch Banking:

The branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank's strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from Recent-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank's customer engagement strategy across products and services.

About the Role:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset under Management. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience

Key Skills




Client relationship management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain high trust and long term relationship with clients
Communication: Excellent verbal and communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets. Ability to analyse financial statements and provide sound financial advice.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address needs and challenges.
