Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the US Recruitment, Staffing, and Non-IT Services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and lead generation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive professional who can build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn,



networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and sales discussions to understand hiring and staffing requirements.
Present recruitment, staffing, and non-IT service solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing clients.
Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective account management.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
