Job Description
Client-facing role handling Contracts, Debt/Notes Issuance and Financial Markets documentation
Drafting, review & negotiation of Credit, Rates, FX and Prime Brokerage agreements
Regulatory compliance, legal advisory and research-driven contract support
Solid stakeholder management across APAC, EMEA & US with excellent communication skills
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal qualified should have:
A law degree from a recognised institution
Strong experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services legal functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
