Java/Scala Backend

Technology Stack

• Backend & Services: Java (primary), REST APIs, microservices, Spring boot

• Streaming & Messaging: Apache Kafka

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EMR, S3, ECS, SQS/SNS, Cloud watch)

• CI/CD & Tooling: GitLab pipelines, Git, JIRA

• Front End: HTML, React/Redux, Java script

Who Are You

• Robust backend engineering experience with Java (preferred), building production-grade distributed systems.

• Expertise in software architecture and system design.

• Experience building and operating high-throughput, low-latency, highly reliable distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and microservices architectures.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

• Solid familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and engineering tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Git, JIRA).

• Robust communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
