Job Description
Driving strategic projects across growth, business expansion, and operational excellence.
Working directly with the CEO and leadership team on critical business priorities.
Tracking business performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement and acceleration.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in Management Consulting (MBB preferred), Strategy, CEO's Office, Founder's Office, Business Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, Payments, Banking, or related sectors.
Demonstrated experience driving strategic and growth-focused initiatives.
