Job Title / Designation: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – MANAGEMENT STUDIES (Digital Marketing)

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Faculty / Assistant Professor to join our agile Management School. You will play a key role in shaping the future generation of Management professionals by delivering engaging and challenging courses that bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Curriculum Development and Delivery:
Develop and deliver a range of high-quality marketing courses, including but not limited to:



Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Market Research, and International Marketing.
Design and implement creative teaching methods that effectively engage students and foster critical thinking.
Create comprehensive syllabi, course materials, and assessments that align with program objectives and industry standards.

Student Guidance and Mentoring:
Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them develop their professional goals and navigate academic challenges.
Mentor students in research projects, internships, and capstone experiences.

Faculty Development and Leadership
Participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current trends in marketing.
Contribute to department and university-wide committees and initiatives.
