Must have 7 to 10 years of industry experience

Responsible for Team Handling of around 15 to 20 members with positive outcome
Must be hands-on with Full stack Technologies (preferred JavaScript stack

– MERN but J2EE is also good)
Knowing architectural principles and patterns will be a plus
Excellent in Client Stakeholder Management, handling escalations in swiftly manner, highly negotiable when it comes to customer expectations
Solid experience in estimations, schedule, timeline, plan and implementation of end to end Project Delivery
Own to define project scope, goals and deliverables
Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) with conversant on Sprint Planning & Review with meetings, Burn down, Velocity, etc.
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess result of project




Evangelize of current Blockchain flavors and protocols to resolve the client problem statement in the most scalable, secure and extensible way.
Must be comfortable in fast paced, multi tasked. high energy workplace with a positive outlook
