We are looking for Quality Control Executive for Gotan (Rajasthan) Factory and Gummidipoondi (Chennai) Factory.
Responsibilities
Daily routine testing activities
Daily raw materials testing and evaluation
Daily testing of finished goods and evaluation
Evaluation of retained samples
Daily report generation
Monthly report generation
Handling quality complaints
Maintenance of ISO documents
Maintenance of other documents
Handling QC equipment's
Coordination with the production and other team members to get the maximum efficiency of the plant
Calibration of each and every equipment's
Requirements
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc. in paint or oil or polymer or chemical degree with 5 years experience in Paint unit.
Age: up to 35 yrs
Experience in decorative paint is must.
Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle both Production and quality control
Should possess excellent knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
B-Tech/BE Paint technology or chemical technology from a reputed institute in an added advantage
