About the Role

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Lead – BFSI to drive enterprise sales across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and Fintech organizations in the Middle East and South Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals.

This is a strategic hunting role focused on identifying current business prospects, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding the organization's presence within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales across Banks, Insurance companies, and Fintech organizations.
Identify, qualify, develop, and close current business opportunities within the assigned territory.




Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
Position AI-driven Customer Experience (CX), Customer Value Management (CVM), Marketing Automation, Customer Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise customers.
Develop industry-specific value propositions and consultative sales strategies for the BFSI market.
Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, and partner teams to create winning customer solutions.
Develop channel and strategic partner relationships where required to accelerate business growth.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformat
