· Train and
Manage Sales Manager and Executive Team.

· Generate
Home Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card, CASA etc. leads from open markets and
through different channels.

· Develop
and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s.

· Implement
and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan/CASA/Credit
Cards events.

· Handle
product queries and service issues.

· Meeting
clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for
sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients.

· Ensure the
achievement of the given business target.

· Handle and
engage DSA for sourcing of Business.

· Responsible for knowing and complying with all legal requirements




as per the law of land.

· Monitoring team on functioning as per the regulatory guidelines.

· Other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements
Graduate from any discipline.
Minimum 4 Years of
relevant team handling experience preferably in Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan,
Credit Card & CASA.
Min
Age 21- Max Age 45 as on 01.01.2025
