This is a leadership-focused role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll manage everything from lead funnels to content campaigns, ads to SEO—and you’ll directly impact our business growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
Build targeted funnels for awareness, lead generation, re-targeting, and conversions
Manage daily ad budgets, track key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA), and improve ROAS

Social Media Strategy
Own the brand’s social media presence—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube




Create and schedule content that speaks to students, parents, and partners
Plan monthly content calendars, engagement campaigns, and reels/shorts

SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO
Collaborate with web developers/designers to improve performance and user experience
Manage blog updates, page content, and landing page testing

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Optimize based on real-time data, not assumptions

Content Marketing
Plan and supervise the creation of blogs, emails, case studies, success stories, and video content
Manage or coordinate with freelancers/agencies as needed for design and video output

Team Collaboration
Work closely with Admissions, Counseling, and Outreach teams to align marketing with business goa
