Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR
Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle
processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced
workplace, has robust stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about
building a great employee experience.

The role will work closely with
business teams, recruiters, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders across
various HR initiatives.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle
processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates,
confirmations, and exit management
Coordinate and drive employee engagement
initiatives, events, and culture activities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
to ensure smooth onboarding experience for recent hires
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and
people dashboards with high accuracy
Assist in policy communication and HR
process implementation
Support performance management, feedback
cycles, and employee communication initiatives
Address employee queries related to HR




policies, processes, and operations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR
audits, compliance documentation, and process tracking
Contribute to process improvement
initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

Requirements
1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR
Generalist roles
Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills
Good understanding of employee lifecycle
processes
High ownership and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and
cooperative environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and
HR tools
Prior experience in startups, gaming,
consumer-tech, or product companies is a plus
