Job Summary:
At the heart of Increff's growth is the ability to attract and hire the right talent—fast, thoughtfully, and at scale. As Lead – Talent Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end hiring engine while building up-to-date, tech-enabled recruiting practices.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, shape candidate experience, and leverage ATS, automation, and AI to build a scalable and future-ready TA function.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Experience First
Own the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring it is smooth, communicative, and human
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during critical stages
Continuously gather feedback and improve the hiring experience
Ensure clean, accurate, and well-maintained candidate data within the ATS
End-to-End Hiring
Drive full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, sales, customer success, and corporate roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, hiring plans, and timelines
Run structured interview processes, calibration discussions, and offer closures
ATS, Tools & AI-Driven TA
Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS
