Maintenance Operations
Lead the execution of comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment and machinery.
Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures, minimizing downtime and maintaining production continuity.
Monitor and analyse machine performance metrics regularly to identify trends and implement improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate rapid response and restoration efforts during equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
Equipment Reliability
Maintain and enhance engine manufacturing machinery including CNC machines, automated assembly lines, conveyors, compressors, and allied systems.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment faults, developing actionable solutions for long-term reliability improvements.
Implement reliability-centered maintenance initiatives and lead Kaizen activities to promote continuous operational enhancements.
Planning & Documentation
Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules aligned with preventive maintenance (PM) plans, ensuring strict adherence and timely execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, equipment history cards, downtime logs, and service reports to support data-driven decision making.
Monitor spare parts consumption, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate procurement to avoid equipment downtime due to unavailability.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with established plant safety protocols, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
Strictly enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures to safeguard personnel during maintenance operations.
Actively participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and drive initiatives that foster a protected and healthy working workplace for the
