Search, Discovery & Experience
Implement and refine SEO strategies to boost visibility.
Monitor analytics, user behavior, and engagement trends.
Develop performance dashboards to track impact.
Enhance navigation and user journeys with insights.
AI & Digital Capabilities
Utilize AI and large language models (LLMs) for digital storytelling and content workflows.
Incorporate AI-enabled search, summarization, and storytelling.
Ensure responsible integration of AI tools.
Brand Stewardship & Governance
Align all content with the Mahindra Group’s brand voice and standards.
Maintain editorial and visual consistency.
Establish governance frameworks for quality and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, Sustainability, and other teams for integrated storytelling.
Manage relationships with external agencies and content partners.
Lead strategic initiatives like website redesigns and platform upgrades. .
Experience
7–10 years of experience in website strategy, digital platforms, corporate communications, or digital media. Agency experience is a plus.
