About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Patterns, and a solid understanding of Event-driven Microservices Architecture. This role will involve guiding technical architecture, collaborating closely with product managers, owning end-to-end delivery ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.

Proven record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Leading delivery and ownership of projects end-to-end.
Leading team of Engineers to design and implement technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.
Work closely with Product Managers to understand market demands and translate them into technical strategies.
Oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as Bitbucket/Git and Jenkins to ensure effective deployment.




Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a solid understanding of AWS and its associated services.
Ensure robust database management and design using MySQL and MongoDB.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven development tools, and drive practical adoption to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities

Requirements
Mandatory Skills:

Cloud-native platforms, distributed microservices architecture, API-first development , container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, event-driven systems, observability platforms, and AI-powered engineering productivity tools

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects.
