We are a lean, mission-driven team rebuilding the business around AI-first operations and scalable automated experiences. This hire is central to that transformation.

The Role

This is a semi-technical, commercially focused role. We are not looking for a software engineer. We are looking for someone who understands how businesses grow — through marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement — and who is actively embracing AI tools to make those things happen faster and smarter.

You will work across marketing automation, conference lead follow-up, customer onboarding, and operational workflows, using AI and no-code tools to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.



You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with our engineering team when needed. This is a high-ownership, proactive role — you are expected to identify problems and act on them.

What You Will Own
Automated customer reporting: Replace manual CSV workflows with live usage dashboards and automated data delivery to partner success teams and customers
Marketing automation: Design and run automated social media and campaign pipelines so brand activity continues without dedicated headcount
Content generation: Use AI to produce printables, educator guides, and supplemental materials at scale from our existing video and curriculum library
Agentic operational workflows: Sales tracking, task follow-up, renewal alerts, and internal reporting — identify, prioritize, and automate
Data pipeline coordination: Work with the engineering team to ensure the right data is available to power the automations you build
