Position: Customer Service Agent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and effective airport experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding areas
Provide information and answer questions about flight schedules, delays, and airport services
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes




Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations and policies
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to company safety and security procedures
Continuously strive to improve customer service and efficiency

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and skilled in stressful situations
Basic computer skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position at the airport, which may require working in a rapid-paced and physically demanding environmen
