Process Execution and Optimization :
CSS should heavily involved in executing key Commercial Processes such as,
◆ Activities
● Order Offer Creation: Generating accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
Support EMEA & APAC with Manual offer and order creation
Validation of internet offers and orders
Upload offers, orders or invoices on the customer’s portal
Maintain and update sales record in CRM
Support Sales Reporting, metrics dashboards and pipeline tracking.
Analyze and follow up on support activities as per decided KPI .
● Order Processing:
Ensuring that orders are entered correctly to ensure customer
satisfaction after the receipt.
● Data Management:




Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data, and other
commercial information in CRM or ERP systems.
● Administrative Support:
While some administrative tasks are involved, these are usually more complex or process-driven than basic clerical duties (e.g., managing customer accounts, handling specific documentation for commercial deals).
● Support any recent activities that have a near link with a (recent) commercial process.
