Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute growth strategies to achieve territory New Insurance Written (NIW) goals
Maintain a calling plan to ensure all customers' needs are met on a regular basis
Develop comprehensive understanding of customer's organization infrastructure and key decision makers and use it to uncover needs and sell Genworth solutions
Obtain intimate knowledge of customers Mortgage Insurance ordering process and establish relationships with everyone that influences the choice of MI provider




Professionally present all aspects of Genworth's value proposition and how it meets customers' needs
Collaborate with internal resources to solve customer problems and maintain ownership to ensure customers' needs are met
Regularly use Genworth's sales analytics and reporting tools
Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and prepare for monthly territory reviews
Effectively manage the productivity and pricing structure of Onsite Underwriters
Mentor Account Executives assigned to territory to help drive current business and sales efficiency

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
4 year college degree or equivalent business experience
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed stretch production goals
Ability to develop and maintain solid customer relationships throughout all levels of an organ
