Advanced Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership while owning hardware on GE90/GP FAN and HPC module. In this role, you will be responsible to maintain part for the life cycle of the engine including aspects on solving current make issues, field issue resolution, Root Cause Investigation, QEM, Repair, and cost reduction. you will manage field issues, lead service’s contract profitability, and deliver solutions that meet business needs within functional area(s) of expertise

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to 90/GP FAN and HPC LCE Sub-Section Manager, Aerospace Bangalore Engineering Center. In addition, you will interface with organizations such as the Engineering, MRO, supply chain, CEO and services organization with aviation
Lead and execute the design, analysis, test or integration of Fan and Booster structure hardware (Composites & metallic) for 90/GP program using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures,



and product / program requirements
Be the first point of contact from Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) on any query from sourcing/supplier/fleet/repair/customer
Execute & participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Collaborate and Communicate with all stakeholders on project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute programs and mentor other team members
Demonstrate transparent thinking, solid technical articulation, manage handoffs between different organizations
Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical and program requirements, schedules, and customer commitments.
