Job Description:

Position: Jr. Engineer - Production

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industry: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Execute production activities as per PPC plan and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor and track movement of parts across all production stages
Ensure correct routing of components from cutting to final assembly
Coordinate with design, fabrication, paint, and assembly teams for seamless operations
Identify and report production delays, shortages, and bottlenecks
Maintain accurate production records and update ERP/tracking systems
Ensure proper identification and segregation of parts on shop floor
Follow production priorities and expedite urgent requirements
Support PPC Engineer in daily production planning and execution




Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of manufacturing flow (Laser, Fabrication, Paint, Assembly)
Ability to read basic engineering drawings
Solid coordination & follow-up skills
Shop-floor oriented mindset (not desk job)
Basic Excel /ERP knowledge

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
