Description:

Experience
& Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in
risk, controls, and audit functions within consulting and/or banking
industry
Qualified certification such
as CA, CIA, FRM, or CFA (minimum one preferable), or basic degree in
finance
Experience working with global,
geographically dispersed teams.

Key
Skills & Expertise
In-depth knowledge of Finance
and Investment Banking operations, with a strong grasp of risk and control
frameworks
Good understanding of middle
office and back office banking operations such as confirmation,
settlement, trade support, collateral, lending, reconciliations etc.
Solid proficiency in




risk-based audit methodologies, including risk assessment and audit
planning
Demonstrated experience in
leading end-to-end audit engagements
Excellent audit reporting,
communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Working knowledge of data
analytics tools and their application in internal audits
Advanced proficiency in English
communication (written and verbal)
Ability to understand business
processes and identify/interpret risks
Strong learning agility to
build expertise in new domains
