Role Overview:

We are
seeking a results-driven Technical Program Lead to drive the end-to-end
development and delivery of SAP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have
deep technical expertise in SAP ABAP full-stack development, experience leading
technical team with cross-functional product teams, and a solid ability to
engage with enterprise clients on program execution, solution delivery, and
continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical




program execution for SAP product development initiatives across multiple
workstreams.
Partner with product
management, architecture, and delivery teams to define and track project scope,
milestones, and deliverables.
Apply expertise in
SAP ABAP full-stack (ABAP on HANA, Web Dynpro,ABAP CDS, RAP, Fiori/UI5, OData,
gateway services) to guide solution design and technical implementation on SAP
Cloud
Manage client
interfacing—ensuring requirements clarity, milestone sign-offs, and proactive
communication on progress and risks.
Enable agile
development and DevOps best practices within the SAP ecosystem.
Coordinate
integration with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring scalability,
performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Mentor development
teams and facilitate code reviews, technical quality assurance, and knowledge
sharing.
