Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Engineer/Security Architect with robust expertise in implementing and supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using the Ping Identity suite (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate). The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining modern CIAM capabilities while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and security teams to deliver secure and seamless customer authentication experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities




Design and implement customer authentication and authorization workflows
Integrate with third-party identity providers, directories, and social login mechanisms
Configure and manage PingOne platform (PingOne MFA, PingOne Risk, PingOne DaVinci orchestration)
Define policies for adaptive authentication, step-up authentication, and user journeys
Implement and support PingFederate for SSO and federation use cases
Enable provisioning and lifecycle management through PingOne
Design and build workflows in Ping DaVinci for identity verification, fraud detection, and progressive profiling
Integrate DaVinci flows with APIs, third-party tools, and identity proofing services
Collaborate with security teams to align CIAM implementations with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards

Skilled & Technical Skills

Must Have:
Proficiency in Ping Identity solutions (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate)
Strong understanding of cloud
