Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain quality standards across manufacturing and operational processes.
Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Review and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, specifications, and records.
Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
Investigate deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA implementation.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and performance metrics.
Support validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
Provide quality-related training to employees as required.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001, HACCP, or other relevant standards.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
