About the role

We’re hiring for a Technical Support role — but this is more than just a support position. You’ll play a vital part in onboarding new clients, enabling them to use our platform effectively, and helping ensure their long-term success.





While the title says “technical support,” this is a blended role that includes customer enablement, customer success, and customer support. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and confident in guiding others through both simple and complex platform usage.

The role will be onsite for the first few months for onboarding and training. Based on performance and comfort, it can transition to hybrid later.

What you’ll be doing
Onboard current clients, guide them through key features, and ensure they’re set up for success
Support customer enablement by sharing tips, walkthroughs, and best practices
Proactively build relationships and contribute to customer success efforts
Respond to support queries via email, chat, or calls
Perform regular platform checks to ensure smooth performance
Follow up on open issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams as n
