Description
The Director, Accounts Payable Supplier Lifecycle Intelligence will lead advanced analytics and AI-driven insights across the end-to-end supplier journey, targeting, onboarding, activation, and payment volume. This role will unify currently fragmented analytics across Accounts Payable performance, supplier portfolio strategy, and enablement to drive improved supplier activation, acceptance, and spend outcomes.
This role will enable a lifecycle-driven approach to supplier performance, improving conversion, accelerating decision-making, and driving sustainable growth in payment volume in partnership with GCS and GMNS strategic partners.
It will also leverage AI, Generative AI and advanced analytics to enhance supplier insights, automate decisioning, and unlock current prospects across the supplier lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple analytics domains
Own and drive optimization of analytics across the supplier lifecycle (target → onboard → activate → spend)
Define and standardize lifecycle KPIs (activation,



acceptance, payment volume)
Translate insights and GenAI-driven outputs into actionable recommendations to drive conversion and volume growth
Partner with AP, Supplier Enablement, and Commercial teams to influence strategy and execution
Establish consistent reporting frameworks and a single view of supplier performance
Lead the adoption of Generative AI and advanced analytics to enhance supplier targeting, onboarding, and engagement strategies
Lead the adoption and scaling of Generative AI and advanced analytics use cases (e.g., predictive activation models, intelligent supplier segmentation, automated insight generation) to enhance supplier lifecycle performance
Partner with technology and data science teams to embed AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into analytics workflows and decision-making processes
Drive intelligent automation of reporting, insight generation, and supplier intelligenc
