Job Description:
As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their flight bookings and providing them with the best travel options based on their needs and budget. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a smooth booking process.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight bookings and provide them with the best travel options
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and promotions
Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently
Resolve any issues or complaints from customers in a timely and qualified manner
Keep updated with the latest airline policies, procedures, and industry trends
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking process
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Proactive and able to work independently
Willing to work in Mumbai, Maharashtra on a full time basis
