Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have solid corporate accounting experience, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, and an interest in using modern AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Accounting
Valuable working knowledge of Zoho Books
Familiarity with modern AI tools and digital productivity platforms
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reporting
Smart, proactive, and adaptable personality
Ready to handle additional responsibilities beyond accounting




Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the organization
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records
Maintain accurate accounting data in Zoho Books
Assist management with reports and financial tracking
Support administrative and operational tasks when required
Utilize AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency

Preferred:
Experience in service industry or recruitment industry accounting
