Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Manager – IT Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives in Mumbai. This role demands strong ownership of revenue targets, deep OEM and distribution relationships, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive IT hardware and enterprise solutions landscape.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise sales, hands-on deal closures, and the ability to lead and scale a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive regional sales strategy for IT hardware and enterprise solutions
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through enterprise and channel sales
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team
Build and expand relationships with enterprise clients, corporate accounts, and channel partners
Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders
Identify recent business opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs
Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Track sales performance, generate forecasts, and report to senior leadership

Key Requirements
9–12 years of experience in IT sales with consistent performance delivery
Robust expertise in IT hardware, peripherals, and enterprise solutions
Proven experience managing large enterprise and/or government accounts
Established network with OEMs and distribution partners
Strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders
Experience leading and managing regional or field sales teams
Hands-on approach to deal closures and territory management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
