• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate sales, service, and back-office teams across multiple outlets.

• Sales Growth: Drive monthly and annual sales targets for 2-wheelers and accessories.

• Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and workshop efficiency.

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day functioning of all departments—sales, service, spares, and CRM.

• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and strategize for revenue and performance improvement.

• Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers and resolve escalated grievances efficiently.

• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and morale.

• Compliance:



Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, policies, and statutory regulations.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the 2-wheeler automobile sector.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations.

• Robust understanding of automobile dealership operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Result-oriented, energetic, and driven by targets and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in MS Office, DMS/ERP systems, and data analysis tools
