Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
Monitor and control production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Optimize production efficiency by analyzing and improving processes and workflows.
Quality Control:
Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards for liquor manufacturing.
Team Supervision:
Manage and guide production staff, including shift operators and technicians.
Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in operational and safety protocols.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Inventory & Resource Management:




Monitor raw material inventory and ensure timely procurement to prevent production delays.
Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to excise, environmental, and safety regulations specific to the liquor industry.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices.
