Position: Supervisor / Engineer (Iron Foundry Molding)
Supervise daily operations of the no-bake Molding line.
Robust knowledge of sand systems, resins, and curing processes
Ensure proper sand mixing, resin addition, and Mold preparation.
Monitor Mold quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
Plan and schedule Molding activities to meet production targets.
Minimize downtime and troubleshoot process issues.
Collaborate with quality teams to resolve defects
Maintain documentation of process parameters and quality checks.
Train and guide Molding operators and technicians.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy, Foundry Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:3 to 7 years of Iron Foundry Molding experience on FLL and HMS, preferably in no-bake Molding lines.
Salary Budget: 4 to 6 LPA (+/- 1LPA)
Location: Mahabubnagar, Hydearabad Telangana
