Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role requires robust analytical skills, ownership of campaign performance, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Drive customer acquisition, bookings, and app installs through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Manage audience segmentation, targeting, remarketing, and campaign scaling.
Allocate and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance.




Campaign Performance & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Optimize campaigns to improve Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Continuously improve landing page and funnel performance through experimentation.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Measure KPIs including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, bookings, and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate tracking through Pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), UTMs, and attribution models.
Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and forecast future performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Creative, Content, Product, and CRM teams to build high-converting campaig
