Role Summary

We are hiring an Apigee Architect to design, govern, and manage enterprise API platforms using Apigee Hybrid and Apigee Edge. The role involves end-to-end ownership of API architecture, security, and platform operations in a banking setting.

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage Apigee Hybrid & Edge platforms
Define API standards: proxy design, versioning, security policies
Guide development teams on API design and integrations
Ensure API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS) and compliance
Drive platform scalability, performance, and high availability
Set up monitoring, alerting, and handle incident management
Enable CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Act as technical SPOC for client and internal teams

Required Skills
Solid experience in Apigee Hybrid & Apigee Edge
Expertise in API Proxy, Policies, Shared Flows, Traffic Management
Hands-on with API Security (OAuth, JWT, mTLS)
Experience in API governance and lifecycle management
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform)
Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace / Prometheus / Grafana)
