Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Key Account Lead to manage strategic international clients while driving end-to-end project delivery for engineering and BIM projects.

Project & Delivery Leadership
Commercial & Revenue Ownership
Team Management & Client Coordination
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Structural Steel Detailing / BIM projects along with exposure to international client management.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Key Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients across the USA, Europe, Australia, and Gulf regions
Understand client pipeline, business goals, and project requirements
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling prospects
Manage quotations, negotiations, change orders, invoicing, and collections
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure strong quote conversion and customer satisfaction
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead and manage teams of 30–50 engineers, team leads, and QC members
Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings, BIM models, and documentation
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Track project progress and optimize delivery performance
