Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify,
evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor base for all materials required
across units.
Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost
efficiency.
Manage
end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, ordering, and delivery
tracking.

Ensure
compliance with company policies,



quality standards, and regulatory
requirements.
Coordinate
with internal stakeholders (Production, Quality, Merchandising, Stores)
for requirement planning and procurement execution.
Track and
optimize inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse teams.
Prepare
procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance evaluations.
Identify
opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
