Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety. Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility of manufacturing & plant operations
Achieve production, quality, cost, delivery & safety targets
Implement Lean/TPM/continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure ISO, statutory & customer compliance
Lead large shop-floor teams and build robust second-line leadership
Support expansion, modernization & capacity enhancement projects

Candidate Profile:
B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production); MBA preferred
15+ years in forging/heavy manufacturing, with leadership exposure
Solid knowledge of forging processes, quality systems & plant management
