Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR and solid working knowledge of Global Transfer processes and Glide Tool. The ideal consultant will have extensive implementation experience, solid functional understanding of global HR operations, and the ability to manage client-facing workshops, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires ownership of end-to-end Core HR delivery with a specific focus on global workforce movement, transfer flows, and data integrity across multi-country HCM setups.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Global Transfer operations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design related to global mobility, transfers, reassignments, and workforce movement.
Configure Core HR including workforce structures, employment flows, person management, legal entities, departments, and positions.
Work with Glide Tool to support migrations, global movement workflows, reconciliations, and data validations.
Manage and implement Global Transfers (inter-company, cross-BU, cross-country) ensuring smooth data flow and compliance.
Support data migration, mapping, and transformation activities related to Core HR & Global Transfers.
Handle setup migration between DEV â TEST â PROD settings.
