Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Payroll: 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Work Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience & CTC:
1–2 years: ₹30,000/month
2–4 years: ₹40,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage potential IT candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks.
Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing/future hiring needs.




Promote employer branding and engage with past applicants.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and sourcing reports.

Requirements

Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruitment.
Solid exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
