Canus Resources supports US and Canadian clients with IT staffing and consulting services across ERP, Cloud, AI/Data, Cybersecurity, QA/Validation, and Enterprise Technologies.

We are looking for energetic and results-driven professionals to support our US IT staffing and consultant marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Market IT consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US.
Source contract opportunities through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and client outreach.
Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and support successful placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers.
Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant pipelines.
Use ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.




Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, and hiring demands.

Required Skills & Experience
1 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing, consultant marketing, or related talent acquisition roles.
Robust understanding of US staffing processes and engagement models (C2C, W2, 1099).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, and job portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to SAP, ERP, AI/Data, Cloud, QA/Validation, Automation, or Cybersecurity domains.
Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, or prompt-based recruiting workflows.
