Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a cooperative work environment.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Java development projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
Architecture and Design: Develop and implement robust and scalable software architectures. Design and review system architectures to ensure they align with business needs and best practices.
Coding and Development: Write high-quality, productive, and maintainable code. Review and approve code changes from team members.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development. Apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues on time.
Quality Assurance:



Ensure the development team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and performs thorough testing to deliver reliable software solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, implementations, and processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in Java development, with at least [Y] years in a leadership or senior development role.
Technical Skills:
