We are seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to manage, create, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of content creation, engagement strategies, and social media trends.
This is a 9hr hours per day), ideal for someone who wants to contribute creatively while working remotely.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels).
Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
Proven track record with examples/portfolio of past work.
Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently in the 9 shift.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of IT/Consulting/Training industry.
Knowledge of paid ad campaigns.
