Job Context and Major Challenges

 Seeing growing demand of RE power, extensive competition between RE developers to secure require grid connectivity in STU or CTU networks.
 With the changing policy & regulatory setting (CTU/STU), always be top on latest regulations /standards.
 Should have techno-commercial understanding to analysis risks and mitigations plan to safeguard overrun of cost, time of planned project.

1) Job Purpose

 Inline of business goals, secure most optimal grid connectivity on CTU/STU network for renewable energy projects.
 Multi state presence of the business also demands detail understanding of different RE states grid regulatory standards/procedures.




 Lead and develop long-term relationships with the key stakeholders (CTU/CEA/CERC/POSOCO/State Utilities etc.)
 By proactive approach secure connectivity to create competitive advantage for RE generation business.
 Close coordination’s with nodal agencies for smooth commissioning of CTU/STU projects.

Principal Accountabilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

Securing CTU/STU grid connectivity
Keeping close track of the planed/under construction/upcoming transmission schemes/status/schedules etc.
Detail knowledge of substation and transmission line construction activities.
Top on procedure/requirements/risks to lead entire process independently.

Market Intelligence
Market intelligence of competitors presence /action plan in and around planned project area /substations.
Continual updates about changing regulatory policy /standards/procedures and deciding the action plan most fitted to changing rules and regulations.
