About the Role

A prestigious 4-star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences across departments. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Support and guide staff to deliver consistent service excellence.




Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to senior management.
Handle emergencies and ensure guest safety protocols are followed.

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in hotel operations or duty management within luxury hospitality.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and high guest volumes with efficiency.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and operational procedures.
