Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Technical Writer who will work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to create transparent, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technical writing within a SaaS/product environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Development
Create user guides, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Gather inputs from SMEs to ensure content quality
Content Validation & Quality
Test documentation against product features
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding
Documentation Management
Update and publish content aligned with release cycles
Maintain documentation portals
Technical Content Support
Assist with API documentation and technical references
Contribute to LMS/video scripts for product tutorials
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in technical writing (preferably SaaS/products)
Strong writing skills with clarity and accuracy
Basic understanding of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI (preferred)
Ability to understand product functionality from a user perspective
